Air Con - heating mode creates condensation from outdoor unit

First time running the AC in heating mode and we've noticed the pooling of water at the base of the outdoor unit. This as expected is the heating process creating condensation in the outdoor unit, rather than in the indoor units (that drain to a down pipe).

Apparently there is a drain kit from Daikin but I will investigate if there's a drain point that can be pipped to a drain. 

Heavy Sydney rain seeping through mortar in garage

From my research the single brick walls in the garage are one of the cost saving measures used by builders. One factor is water seeping through the mortar and some brick when they are heavily saturated. Need to contact Rawson to find out why they don't disclose this issue. 

I will look to use a sealer to resolve this.
