Hi Steve, sorry it took a while to respond. Overall we are happy. I think all the builders are as bad as each other generally speaking - there are alot of moving parts and given the SS aren't onsite all the time to manage the different trades things are bound to go off track slightly. Unfortunately while they do 'project co-ordination' you are left with quality control to get the standard you want. I had an issues tracking sheet and meet my SS every Monday morning. Keep your notes and records as you go. It's an experience but we are very happy with what we have.
