Electrical Rough In Started Yesterday

Looks like the electrical rough in has started. I drove past today and noticed a lot of cabling in the garage and some in the ensuite.

Air Con rough-in started today

Last night our SS advised that the air con rough-in was happening today. I drove past about 2pm and it looked like they were well underway. I could see the silver ducting in the upstairs roof.

I was also advised that I had to choose between a single controller and the Skyfi controller OR another single controller. The unit we've selected and many of the ducted models only support two controllers of which the Skyfi counts as one.

Opting for the single controller up stairs and the Skyfi module I hope to use the Skyfi to integrate with my planned home automation system. It appears (yet to verify) that the Skyfi base unit runs some sort of interface using IP - i'm still looking around for any details on how the App communicates with the Skyfi unit i.e. web/REST/ etc.

Rain measurements in accordance with the contract against the Australian BoM

Given there isn't a weather station directly on our house I'm using the two following stations to verify data as we are roughly in between them. Our contract refers to using BoM to determine "inclement weather"

I would question this clause in the contact a little given what is the definition of "inclement weather" - i.e. how many millimetres is considered "inclement weather" and over what time period.
